Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on jewelry orders, however, we are more than happy to provide exchanges for damaged items or store credit if the damaged item is out of stock.

If your item is damaged, please send an email with your order number  to support@blazeandbreezy.com with subject line "damaged item."

Keep in mind that exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanged items must be unworn.
